Shipping Policy


Turnaround


All orders are shipped usually within 48 hours Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM Mountain Time.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.


Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.


Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. 

 

Delivery Time

At Nutonic we strive to ship orders immediately – normally within 1-2 business days of processing an order, so you can expect to receive your order within 3-7 business days (depending on your location). Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Also, please allow more time if you are outside the continental USA.

You (the customer) are responsible to track the delivery of your order once it has shipped from Nutonic. If you do not receive the package from the shipping carrier/postal carrier for any reason, you are solely responsible for contacting the shipping carrier/postal carrier to coordinate getting your package from them.

You (the customer) will be charged an additional $20.00 USD fee for Nutonic to reship an order to you due to your negligence in receiving the package or due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you. In which case, you must contact Nutonic Support within 30 days of the placing the order otherwise no replacement order will be shipped.


COVID Notice

Be advised that international shipments may experience delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Moreover, Nutonic is not responsible for packages you do not receive due to delivery issues caused by the pandemic in your area. As the consumer, it is your responsibility to be cognizant of mail service issues in your area and to track the shipment of your orders.

Tracking is provided for all shipments; however, once the package leaves the United States that tracking may be behind due to delays in reporting in your area. If a package is missing in transit, it is the consumer's responsibility to file a claim with the mail carrier service. We thank you for your patience and understanding during these unprecedented times.

(All other countries cannot be guaranteed due to restrictions being implemented due to the pandemic along with longer transit times expected)

 

Duty & Shipping. International

Most international orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details.

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes the (name of eTailer/supplier) to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that (name of the eTailer/supplier) may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

Shipping Problems
If an international order is received damaged or not received at all, an insurance claim must be initiated and finalized before customer compensation or product replacement is executed by Nutonic. If the item is received damaged, please contact Nutonic within 5 business days of delivery to conduct a claim. Please hold onto your shipping box because our insurance company may want to inspect it. If the item is not received at all, we are required to wait 45 days after the shipment date to conduct an insurance claim
